Synopsis:

Three things are vital in the autistic world of 18year old Billy Lynes - the click track, Train-Tain and God’s Eye. This short film explores premonition, bereavement and reconciliation through Billy’s eyes as one by one these pillars are removed.

Billy Lynes has been sent home prematurely from what should have been the school holiday of a life-time - a train journey through Norway. Nobody could work out why Billy was on his hands and knees, in the aisle of the crowded train, his ear pressed to the floor. At first it seemed funny but when they tried to remove him he became violent.

Mr Kerr, his personal tutor brings him home unaware that the school have not been able to contact Billy’s parents. Nor does he guess the significance of the scaffolded church opposite Billy’s tower block. Nor that the gathering into which he brings Billy is not a welcome home but a memorial gathering for Train Train, Billy’s grandfather.

As Billy’s world crashes, he is propelled into a nightmare journey to make sense of the fragments. Kerr watches in horror as the tragedy unfolds. But we are in for a surprise as the chaotic kaleidoscope of Billy’s perspective clicks into startling revelation.
